Redza Razif, M.Pharm.

     Redza Razif is a pharmacist, lecturer, and researcher from Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia. Currently, He is completing his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Cyberjaya, where he also lectures, particularly to Diploma in Pharmacy students. He holds a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Analysis from the National University of Malaysia.

    His research focuses on developing luteolin-loaded micelles for the treatment of breast cancer, particularly the estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) and triple-negative subtypes. Redza’s interest in oncology was sparked during his internship at the National Cancer Institute Malaysia and further strengthened through collaborations with the Malaysian Nuclear Agency on micelle production techniques.

    In 2024, he was awarded the ASEAN-India Research Training Fellowship and joined Datta Lab in Apr 2025, exploring neuropharmaceutical approaches. Moving forward, Redza is passionate about translating lab discoveries into marketable drug delivery systems and aims to delve deeper into brain-targeting formulations through interdisciplinary research.
